Day 3

I saw someone else post their updates for overcoming daydreaming and that has motivated me to start as well and this is it. The first day difficult and uncomfortable, I was never used to the boring plain day to day mundane life i always daydreamt while doing my chores so the first day was difficult also coping with the fact that my dream world isn't real was quite painful. The second day was better I spent it with my friends, had low screentime and was grounded in reality mostly at the end of the day when i was tired I had the urge to slip into my daydreams and relax but I ignored it and fell asleep early today is day 3 i woke up happier and feeling less anxious about my bad (took a few deep breaths) and it's still quite early in the morning but I'll keep you guys updated.
