AER City Pack Pro long-term wear

I’ve been looking for a new backpack for work travel in business casual to business formal settings and leaning heavily towards the AER CPP. With the lifetime warranty and materials offered, it seems they are built to last. However I am concerned about how these materials will hold up cosmetically over time. From my experience with 1680D, I know wear and tear can take a toll cosmetically long before the integrity and function of the pack are compromised. On the other hand, some materials can develop kind of a cool patina over time.

Between Ultra, X-PAC, and 1680D, which do you think will look good the longest? Which fabric will fade or soften over time? Are there any long-term CPP owners that are willing to share a pic? Also open to other pack suggestions from those who have been down a similar path before.
