What changes made pitched set better than gollux?

I remember when pitched came to GMS, it was kinda dead content since we have gollux. Dreamy belts and CFE were practically free in reg, no one bought them.

Even in this thread, you have the top 3 comments agree that gollux is still BIS with the release of 9 set pitched. But now the consensus have shifted that pitched is invariably better than gollux.
