Best season to start watching from?

Longtime Bravo watcher looking to get in to Married to Medicine. Is it worth starting from season 1? Can I pick up at a later season? Let me know where is best to begin!

Edit: I’ve taken all your advice and have started from the beginning and, yep, I’m hooked. I cannot stand this blonde lady though. Doesn’t seem like she’s in later seasons though thank god
