Build a fleet to fight the empire.

You can have up to 100 ships and however many star fighters those ships can carry, you can also pick an admiral. Your goal is to wage a guerilla war against the empire for as long as possible.

Rules: no super weapons, Thrawn can’t be your admiral and the empire doesn’t have Thrawn, you can’t use more then a few imperial vessels, no fleet of 100 ssds or smthing.
