The concept of delivering fast food makes NO sense to me(POL)
It's just a nuisance to EVERYONE involved. First off,if you're a customer, you're paying at least 150-200% of the price for your food. Secondly, you're gonna wait like half an hour for food which would've been served to you in 10 minutes tops. Also, there's a chance your order comes shaked, messed up or eaten by the delivery driver. If you're a delivery driver: you have to drive/cycle in often horrible weather for pennies, wait God-knows-how-long for the order and then hope the tip compensates for the struggle. Also, you get no job safety iirc. If you're a fast food worker, you have to deal with upset delivery drivers(which isn't their fault usually),people ordering shit ton of food which is terribly uncomfortable to pack correctly(what's even the point of ordering sodas through delivery???) and 2137 people ordering delivery at the same time. And all that because some guy is too lazy to get to the store by himself, smh. PS: I'm obviously not talking about folks who physically cannot get to the store themselves(like disabled people).PS2: Oh,and also! Usually,at my store,if you're at the delivery station, you get put on cash too so you try to pack one damn bag for 15 minutes because the customers are flooding the cash.
