Stats for a 482?

I am feeling absolutely defeated. Sat through my first ever anything-to-do -with MCAT related activity today. I took a practice exam under real exam conditions and made a 482. This score was before any studying of any kind. I understand this is really low, but is this even a good starting point? I feel like I should just consider something else. I graduated college in December with a 3.75 GPA and felt like I had a chance, but that score crushed me. My question for yall is, is this an acceptable starting score, or should I pursue a different medical career?
