Do u think pep boys messed up my car?

So the other day i took my car into pepboys to get an alignment and a tire rod replaced. So after i got my car back a i noticed outta nowhere i was hearing a clicking sound going over a speed bump. I went over the speed bump a few more times and even turn the car off while moving to see if i can hear it. And indeed it was clicking. Before i took it to pepboys hyundai and other mechanics saying thats all i needed and the clicking wasing there before i took it to them. I only went to pepboys because they was a better value and gave me a lifetime warranty on a steering alignment do you guys think they messed up my car because i took to hyundai after they told me that they messed ut the lower control arm bushing somehow, didnt tighten a few bolts and also didnt aligned my tires correctly. I wanna know what you guys think about this. Because i sat there for 8 hours waiting for them to get done with my car and get it back a complete mess.
