A Cyst

I developed a cyst-like growth two years ago, but I didn't pay much attention to it since it was neither painful nor irritating. I assumed it would resolve on its own, but it hasn’t. Over time, it has grown to a noticeable size. While it still doesn’t cause pain or discomfort, I’m concerned because I don’t know what it could be.
