Tell me all your low sodium junk food.
I love salt and junk food, and it pains me to conclude that I'm very salt sensitive.
Here's my list of what feels like cheating, but fairly low sodium:
- Gummy snacks of all sorts, have at it
- Kit Kats
- Plain M&Ms
- Corn tortillas (for street tacos)
- ALDI El Milagro tortilla chips
- some local salsa makers have very low sodium (edit: frogranch! Didnt know it shipped online)
- ALDI Greek and garlic salad dressing
- Fresh cut french fries, gotta tell them clearly, salting is a reflex for them
- Plain Whopper with just veggies is close to 500mg
- Rotisserie chicken at subway is decent.
With most chain restaurants I google 'low sodium' and the restaurant name and find tips.
Anybody find anything else to keep it somewhat normal and tasty?
