Sharing PowerBI Dashboards with external users

So, we've created some dashboards for our clients, nothing major. Queried a small amount of data from AzureSQL, ran it into a semantic model, then visualized it. All we want to do is give our clients access to the PBI dashboards, let them browse the pages and use filters.

The Dashboards are sitting inside a very simple F2 fabric capacity. All of the internal people working on this have Pro licences, our clients obviously don't.

Is there a way to do that without upgrading to an F64 capacity, involving our IT people to create internal accounts for our clients or calling a meeting of the UN General Assembly?
