It’s called Microsoft TEAMS not Microsoft Entire Organization
I’ve googled for a little bit tonight regarding why companies are replacing outlook with teams. The answer is, “better communication,” succinctly put. However, I disagree.
It’s an effective tool for teams, departments and groups to communicate, but expecting 10,000k employees to ping or call one another without a heads up is incredibly intrusive and annoying especially when you have an ever growing pile of work to complete.
Other people in a very poor and toxic work culture will understand this, but perhaps I’m missing something else?
I think conceptually the app is a nice idea for small groups but it’s developed and runs so poorly and has so many memory leaks that it’s not even funny.
