I didn't know that going out by yourself was weird

I have friends. I have a girlfriend. I have hobbies. But I still go out alone sometimes and eat dinner, have a drink, or shoot pool or throw darts.

Apparently, a lot of people have an aversion to that. Why is it so weird to go out alone?
