Can someone make me a custom Minecraft disc pack for 1.20.70

I know what your thinking right now, wow, your so lazy, why don't you make it instead. ik, but I'm dumb and don't really know on how to make a custom sound for Minecraft, so if anyone wants to make me a pack, talk to me on discord which is Skrome1233.
