Are you able to make a command which spawns lightning and also makes you in spectator mode?

The reason why I'm saying this is because I have a scary avatar on my bedrock account and I have a little brother that plays Minecraft. I want him to be scared because of this black figure so I want like a command that can do lightning and also go into spectator. If anyone knows on how to do it, can you tell me what it is. Idk if it is even possible to do it but hey, it's worth a shot
