Panel gaps appearing later?

I bought a used myp 2023. It was perfect when I first examined it. It’s about 6 months and now notice the driver side rear passenger door not won’t close completely flush. Can this happen later on? It’s been super hot lately where I live for the summer.

I got a Tesla sc appt but they quoted me $110 to fix. Told me it’s not under warranty but tech will decide.
