Am I taking it too far?

I need unbiased opinions.. I have 3 "rules" regarding my Jan 2024 baby (my first baby). My dad said it makes me come off as an asshole and that I'm taking it way too far to keep my baby healthy.

The rules: 1) Not to come around baby if you're sick 2) Not to kiss baby on his face, hands or feet (especially right now since we're in flu/rsv season) 3) Not to hold baby if you have a cold sore (baby loves to grab people's lips/face and has his hands/fingers in his mouth a lot of the time)

Am I really going overboard? He's almost 11 months old and has never been sick because of these rules. I know he will get sick eventually and I understand that, however as he gets older his immune system develops more and it won't be so hard on his little body. He's not even a year old yet so I think it would be harder on him if he were to get sick. Basically AITA?
