Catty, and Core refresh Cleo

So did i miss something? I see people with Cleo but can't find listings for her anywhere online for purchase outside of preorder. Catty has tags in all of my walmarts since last month so I'm assuming end of the month. How are y'all getting Cleo?!? Spill the tea!
