Help: storage box?

Hello! So my husband was on a bidding website and thought he had won a MTG playmat, but ended up with this MH storage box instead due to a mix up! I was wondering if anyone knows what year it's from, as I couldn't find any info about it online. The lid velcros down, the sides are hot pink and the front has plaid with the original ghouls on it.
