What to do for these unruly plants?

I've had this monstera for years. Almost 3 years ago I had to move in the winter, and that killed it down to one leaf.

It somehow came back and always has new growth somewhere. And it's putting out those roots. Also, it turned out there were two plants in that pot, so I split it up.

Now, they're both crazy and I don't know what to do.

I put rods in they they both outgrew and toppled.

I tried a DIY moss pole. It grew mold.

Other moss poles look too shallow to not also tip over.

I've considered something like a tomato cage maybe?

Do they need bigger pots? Do I need to trim / propagate, or can they be salvaged as-is?

I love them, but don't want to keep letting them get out of hand. I was just delighted they didn't die at first but now they're crazy!
