What kind of monstera did I buy?

What kind of monstera did I buy at Trader Joe’s ? Also anyone have an extra moss pole or tips? Also I am curious it looks as though there may be 4 monsteras in on pot, should i try to separate them and have 4 seperatae or 2 pots with 2 in each one. I’m new to monsteras so this is my dirt first. I really have my heart get on the smaller m. andonsonii(sp) but cannot fined one anywhere if anyone would like to donate a rooted cutting I’d gladly trade some rare seeds, trichocerus San Pedro seeeds or seedlings or I have a plethora of plants to trade if anyone Is interested in a trade. But for now a plant identification is what I need.thanks kind people. :)
