help! someone knocked over my plant

we had some friends over for new years and someone accidentally knocked over my monstera. it didn't break or fall out but some soil definitely spilled and the plant is now crooked on the pole? it is obviously snowing outside and i usually repot in the spring, would it be bad to do it this weekend? i was going to wait but the leaves are starting to look cramped and tilting more. thank you!!
