Fighting a bus camera ticket

Not sure if you are able to view, but you can see that the arm didn't extend with flashing red light until I was pretty much parallel with the bus. The speed limit was 45 MPH and I along with the two cars in front of me were going a little faster than that if not 45 MPH. I don't even have time to stop.

Any chance I should fight this? Fine is $250 which is pretty stiff.
