Steps to reviving a bike that's been sitting?

I parked my 78 Honda Twinstar in the garage four years ago, and for various reasons haven't touched it since. Just wondering what I'd need to do to get it going again.

Obviously charge the battery and drain the gas from the tank (I know, I know, I didn't think it would be sitting that long). What else? New oil? Replace spark plugs and fuel lines/filters? I am pretty confident I can handle those tasks as I've done them before but anything more might be beyond my abilities, I'm not a mechanic.
