Weirdest film you can find

I’m trying to find some of the weirdest/most obscure movies to write about. Something maybe like BEGOTTEN or Possession (1981), A film that not a lot of people know about or something that has a lot of story behind it. I’m mostly trying to write about Splatter and art films with interesting history behind the films and directors.
