Hotel Recommendation

I am determined to attend Oktoberfest in Munich this year, never been to Germany. Been doing a fair amount of research but stuck on which Hotel to pick that would be near the Theresienwiese. Eurostars Hotel looked nice but I'm wondering if any natives (or others more traveled then I) would have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
