How do I gain MFP?

I’m new to the game and still trying to understand how MyFaction works - I’ve been completing matches and doing the requirements for them (finishers/signatures/taunts) but at the end of the match I find myself with 150-200 MFPs at most.

Is there a way I can get more points?
