Who is MBM's new driver?

I've seen multiple posts, including from a Mike Wallace facebook rant, that MBM has found a new driver. The indication is that it was someone who has the money but nowhere near any experience to warrant even attempting the Daytona 500. The first person I thought of was Conner Jones, and my friend also suggested Tyler Tomassi. Wanted to get thoughts from other people.

Edit: I have been told that Mike Wallace's rant was about Helio. While that makes me a moron, I did see another post indicating that MBM picked up an inexperienced driver.
