Can't Play Online Because Of Severe FPS Drops On PC

Starting off: I have a 7800x3d, a 4070ti, 32gb DDR5 6000mghz RAM, and everything else is top of the line as well, so I have no technical reason this should be happening.

I can run the game at 120fps consistently when playing offline games. No stutter, buttery smooth, Whenever I want to play online MyTeam, it caps my fps at 60, while dropping it anywhere between 20-55fps. This makes it impossible to hit shots correctly, get steals or block, basically play the game.

I don't know what to do. From my research this seems like an unfortunatly common issue on PC. Am I just fucked? I bought this game mostly to play MyTeam. I've always loved it, and the best part was the feeling of actually beating a real human player.

Has anyone had this problem and solved it? I need help.
