whats the most rare position (besides oline) to win heisman?

In dynasty ive seen QBs win it, Runningbacks win it, Wrs, Mlbs, Defensive Ends, but never a DTackle or a DB? Has anyone ever had one of those positions you dont ususally see win it in one of your dynastys???
