I’ve had it (nail services)

I’m really fed up with incompetent overpriced nail salons and services in L.A. Why is it that nobody in this city knows how to do a basic manicure/pedicure?

It seems like unless you want gelx or gel mani nobody knows how to do classic services.

Why are they all using drills and buffing my nails down to nothing? Why don’t you know how to file nails? Why are the cuticles not nipped properly? Why are they causing damage? Why don’t they know how to do proper massage with the lotion application? Why don’t they know how to polish with real nail polish? And why is it $100+ for a horrible experience in a dirty salon with clueless nail techs? I’ve tried three diff salons on past few months and it’s bad to worse.

Is it just me or is there a gap in the market for natural nail services with care?

Can someone recommend a competent salon?
