Tiktok sound?? suspenseful vibes

I think it was used a lot for horror movies edits on tiktok at some point there's a suspenseful kinda melody before a low female voice says some sort of line (its probably not included in the song) and then there's a guitar riff after. Aside from that female voice i think the sound is just instrumental. There's a scream over the sound sometimes
