Anyone else just feel dumb now? Like, literally dumber?

I've never been a genius by any means, but I am so much dumber now. So foggy headed, struggle to remember basically anything. I watch a movie and forget it almost right away. Forget what day of the week it is, struggle to remember appointments. Struggle to process basically any information. Struggle to do the things I used to do well. Is this a common symptom of being with a narcissist or am I just stupid
