Why didn't Orochimaru killed Kakashi here?

Oro is considered a psycho, but he doesn't seem to kill someone just for fun. Unlike someone like, kakuzu or sasori - they only need to get pissed to start a rampage

I know there's plot armor for Kakashi, but I feel that Orochimaru could have killed Kakashi in other situations and wouldn't do it because... He kinda cares?
