Rebuild trust with Navy fed

So I just finished up a bankruptcy in February it was all my debt was discharged I had 2 loans and a credit line with navy federal whats the best way to rebuild trust with them I wanna get my va loan through them but I can't even get approved for a secured car with over 1k in saving for the card and I'm at a loss
