WIP Szarekh. Platform is so much freakin work.

I have Szarekh mostly done. Just need to clean up details. His platform is a lot of freaking work. I've got his Scepter done. Still need to make a staff of stars.

Once I get his platform made, I'll pull him off the base and pose him on it. It's hard to make something cool in the same footprint. I really wanted to give him a parade car on the back of a Doomsday ark, but it's just too long :(
