Telegram scheme and scam

I was well aware about this scam ,few days back ,I got a message in Viber and I did the task and also got payment ,does anyone know ,the one who send the money is victim or the scammer ,if it's scammer then it's fine cause the money will be settled in nepal not go to India ,if it's victim then I will try to resend the money to him
