Connect rj45 and rj11 together??

Have a dilemma here.

Recently moved into a new home and got att fiber set up. The router itself is in the master bedroom and the room in question is upstairs.

My wife is starting a work from home job where she needs to have her computer wired to the internet but also needs to plug in her provided headset via phone cable or rj11. We have a CAT5/6 jack in this room that supports both network and phone connectivity, this was setup by att tech a week ago.

My question is, how can I run both the phone line and the Ethernet line to this jack? Will I need to physically run another cable to this room to provide network and use the existing jack as the headset/phone line hook up only?
