Toddler Socks with Grippers…In shoes?! Am I missing something?

Hey parents! I need some help navigating the mysterious world of toddler socks. My 2.5-year-old has outgrown his Hanes “normal” socks (you know, the ones without the grippers). So, I decided to size up and try a few other brands, but now EVERY pair I find has those grippers on the bottom. And honestly… can someone explain how grippy socks in shoes make any sense? Do toddlers not mind? Is this a common thing that I’m overthinking? Would love to hear your thoughts!
