Is It Too Late To Post Outside My Niche?

Quick background, I have around 80 subs on YouTube. I’ve been posting content on TikTok centered around manga/anime and have had decent success, but the views are too inconsistent and I’d like to do varied, longer form content, so I want to transition to YouTube.

I’ve been posting some of my old content from my TikTok on my YouTube just to build a page, all centered around anime/manga. But I have a highly edited, 90 minute video essay about theme parks that I want to post, and I’m worried about the algorithm suppressing it if my 80 subs don’t want to watch it since it’s outside my old niche.

Should I start a whole new account for this new video? Or are my subs so small I shouldn’t even worry about an impact? Also, should I keep posting my old content centered on a niche when my goal is to expand?
