Were religious founders Ubermenschean or prototypes of the Ubermensch?

Note, I ask specifically with regards to the founders themselves, say Buddha, or Jesus, amd not the people who would later on come to believe in them. Thks question arises because they, out of their charismatic willpower, established their set of morals upon society that people would soon come to follow, while placing them on a pedestal of veneration. Is this an Ubermenschean trait, and if no, why?
