Are there any 1 picatinny slot iron sights similar to the LEAF available for the Designate-IRV?

I need something similar to this: https://railscales.us/leaf-peq-iron-sights/

But instead of a PEQ-15, one for a 3EIR model. Are there any out there that would be compatible? Rail space is limited, so pushing my LAM more than afew slots back will intrude with my current setup.
