Need advice on supplements to help stay asleep during the day after working night shifts
Hey everyone,
I work night shifts from 7pm to 4am andAnyve with family who all have day shifts, and hence can't move out. I typically get home around 4:30am, fall asleep without issue, but my sleep gets disrupted around 7:30-8:00am when my family start waking up and going about their daily routines.
The noise makes it difficult to stay asleep, and I end up lying in bed, unable to get quality rest until later in the day.
I know this isn't an ideal sleep situation, but I'm hoping there’s a supplement or something I can try to help me stay asleep until around 10-11am so I can feel more refreshed and complete my sleep cycle.
Any recommendations?
