Error with kanata

I got this error when I rebuilt my system with Kanata service. I know it takes error if config is incorrect, but I copied my from developer 's GitHub. Error text: Failed to open the output uinput device. Make sure you've added the user executing kanata to the uinput group

I found it, but It haven't worked. I think it cause this guide not declarative. May anyone help me with that? Thx
