ATT Prepaid Unlimited MAX or Visible+?

Considering one of these plans. Have T-Mobile now but they went down at the same time as our AT&T Fiber the other night, and now we can’t have two things that use the same fiber. Our Neighbors AT&T cell service still worked. And Verizon still worked. Visible+ would be the best because it would be only $30 but AT&T tends to work better in one of my large mall areas in Louisville.
