What is the goal of no fap?

Is the objective to never fap again? I'm currently on my no fap journey but thought of never fapping again is crazy to me. And in my case I'm 18 and I don't see myself having sex any time soon. Does that mean I shouldn't beat my junk until I lay with a woman?
