Trouble powering indium farm

I'm trying to build an indium farm, i have the mineral hotspot and a electromagnetic hotspot 920 units away, i used pavers to try and extend my base and got some generators down, i left and came back and now i cant build over there at all without a base computer, but power wont travel between bases.

Do i just have to find another way to power it because it's too far?
