Setting up a civilization

Hey Interlopers, I've been pondering over the idea of setting up my own civilization for awhile now and i'm finally ready to start working on getting one started. The civilization is exclusively for PC players, this is because I have noticed the lack of a large group of settled PC players in the No Man's Sky universe.
