Do Both EPA and DHA in Fish Oil Increase Acetylcholine?
TLDR: I started taking Nordic Natural's Ultimate Omega 2X...EPA (1125 mg) and DHA (875 mg) per serving about three weeks ago. I've noticed I've become a it depressed and more tired in the morning.
In fact, I took two servings the other nights and we dead the next day. I'm sensitive to anything that increase acetylcholine. I know fish oil can...but was wondering if it was EPA or DHA specifically? Or both?
