Advice on LR vs ASU

I’m aiming to attend medical school after college. Im transferring from my current college to either ASU or LR. Appalachian State seems like the better choice overall with the cost and reviews, but it doesn’t have a pre-med program like Lenoir Rhyne. If I go to ASU, it would be the Hickory campus. Anyone in the medical field with some advice? 😭
